If you look through pictures, when did you look better? Your confidence starts with how you feel about yourself. This can mean something as simple as waking up in the morning and saying one nice thing about your body. Little things like getting a spray tan or splurging on a super skin-softening lotion can be great ways to start liking your body and are a good starting point to trigger compliments to yourself.
Push Your Limits
Another great way to notice the good things about your body is to wear something that you feel good in. When you are out with friends, wear a new shirt that fits amazing and is comfortable instead of that tight dress that doesn’t fit so well. When you are just hanging around the house, sport a cute pair of panties, like some of the ruffly tangas at Yum Drop, instead of baggy sweats. Even though no one is around, you’ll feel more confident and beautiful. Little changes can make a big difference in the way you look and feel. Show Off What You Got
Choose clothing that accentuates the amazing parts of your body you were born with. If you’ve got legs for days, put on a skirt that shows them off. Petite figure? Buy that mini dress. Great arms? Go sleeveless! Take a few minutes to think about the best parts of you and each morning, make an effort to show those off.

Let’s be honest, we all have something about ourselves that we don’t like. However, a lot of the time, the one thing that gets us down the most is a pretty easy fix. If you’re self conscious about your teeth, try an at-home whitening treatment or see an orthodontist about braces options. If one wrinkle on your face is driving you crazy, see and aesthetician or a dermatologist and find an option to correct it if you can’t get over it. If you are bored with your hair color, low-maintenance highlights can give you a fresh new look. With these little things that drive us crazy, it’s worth splurging a little bit to make an effort to correct them.
