| Tiffany Thomas | That’s a pretty good start! I bet if you ask Brenna, she’ll put a link up on the home page under “announcements”! She’s pretty good about that stuff. As for healthy, I am trying to be better about running. Sometimes my lower back hurts after I run though. What does that mean? |

| Erin Girard | I don’t know! How old are you running shoes? Thanks for the idea about asking Brenna! |

| Jessica Sanders | Your lower back hurting, Tiffany, could have to do with your running posture. I often find that my back hurts when I run on a treadmill, which I think is from an unnatural posture as I am always scrunched up to the front of the machine. Try to focus on leaning forward just a little bit, and then relax into that position. As Erin mentioned, the age of your running shoes could have an affect as well. |

| Tiffany Thomas | Jessica – Leaning forward…hmmm.. makes me laugh to imagine, but I’ll give it a try! I wonder also if it’s running in the street vs. grass? But, there aren’t any places to run long distances in the grass. Erin – They maybe 6 months to a year old. I only wear them running (heard that I was supposed to do that somewhere) and there is just a bit of wear on them…(I don’t run often!) |
