Brenna Smith is passionate about this community and the societal change in perspective she is creating.  With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Certificate in International Business from Texas A&M University, Ms. Smith holds an enthusiasm for people and their personal and professional transformations. During her time at a Global Fortune Five Company, she held various front office commercial roles, and, after quickly climbing the corporate ladder, she decided to leave them to create her own vision.

As the CEO and Founder of SheNOW and the President of the SheNOW Women’s Charity, not only is her unique viewpoint on women’s issues inspiring, but she is helping to create equity and equality for women of all races, backgrounds, and creeds.

 

Chestin HeadshotChestin Jones, FNP-BC, Board Treasurer

Chestin Jones, FNP-BC, is the Chief Financial Officer of SheNOW Women’s Charity.  A Registered Nurse by profession, Chestin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College (St. Louis, MO) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Saint Louis University (St. Louis, MO).  She currently serves as the Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner for the Spinal Cord Injury Center at the North Texas VA Hospital.

In addition to her nursing career and her work with the SheNOW Women’s Charity, she is also an active member of the SheNOW Dallas Chapter, in which she was one of the founding officers.  She has served as the Treasurer of the Dallas Chapter since its inception in December 2013.  Recently, she joined the planning committee for Protect Our Women- Encourage Respect (P.O.W.E.R.) 5K race which is an annual fundraiser that brings awareness to Domestic Violence in the DFW Community.  For more information or to contact Chestin, she can be reached at ChestinJ@SheNOW.org or Facebook.com/Chestin Jones.

 

Heather Keith –  National Marketing Director at Heather KeithSupreme Lending, Board Marketing Director

Always having a flair for interpreting business needs and conveying innovative financial solutions, Heather Keith has successfully grown both commercial lending and retail portfolios. She now is using her experience to support sales growth through bank marketing. Keith leads Marketing and Brand Management for Supreme Lending.  In her 17-year financial services career Keith has served as a lead commercial lender, bank executive, retail division chief, and financial analyst, in addition to managing operational and regulatory oversight relationships.

Not “growing up” in marketing, she brings a unique perspective to today’s bank marketing challenges.  Keith advocates for action plans that heavily leverage social, digital, content, and one-to-one marketing over mass media and other one-to-many approaches.

Keith has been a guest speaker at the the 2016 #BankSocial conference, the 2016 Supreme Lending Sales Rally, and the Dallas Federal Reserve Financial Literacy Summit teaching best practices in reaching a target audience using digital and event marketing techniques. She also served on the Board of the Texas Bankers Association Foundation and was recently named 2015 Woman of the Year by SheNOW.

Motivation is Keith’s mantra.  Her personal passion is to motivate others to achieve their personal, professional and business potential. Outside of the office, she is actively engaged in working with women and teenaged girls in the Dallas area to become whole, confident, educated, independent individuals.

netreia-24492Netreia McNulty – Board Director of Student Connection and Counseling

As a young professional in higher education, Dr. Netreia McNulty joins the SheNOW Women’s Charity Board as the Director of Student Direction & Counseling. She holds an Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas, as well as, a M.Ed in Higher Education/Student Affairs and a B.A. in Psychology.

Beyond her education & years of experience in working with students at all learning levels, Netreia brings to the board a driven passion for young women and education equity. She is dedicated to supporting the mission of SheNOW Women’s Charity and the growth of SheNOW Girl. She hopes to cultivate fresh ideas and lasting programs that will serve young ladies well and further the vision of SheNOW Girl both locally & nationally. Through SheNOW and SheNOW Girl, Netreia wants to remind young women how great it is to be a woman in today’s society.

As the Director of Student Direction & Counseling, Dr. McNulty will work closely with the Education Committee to implement local programming in targeted middle & high schools. She will also work in tandem with parents and community partners to encourage & promote involvement in SheNOW Girl initiatives.

Outside of the professional arena, Netreia is a lover of the arts and hopes to be a published author the near future. She enjoys cooking with her family and remains an active member in her church & community.

 

susan-winton-2Susan Winton – Director of Learning and Development at The CMI Group, Board Director of Education and Curriculum Development

Susan Winton is a higher education administrator with over twenty years’ experience in the education profession. She has served as a high school and university instructor, academic dean, corporate trainer, and designer of online coursework. She has also functioned as a website and network administrator. Ms. Winton holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Latin and a Master of Arts in Classics from Texas Tech University. She also holds two Master of Science degrees from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi – one in Education and one in Educational Technology. Ms. Winton has served as academic administrator for a major private University system. She currently is Director of Learning and Development at The CMI Group.

Former Missourian who relocated to Texas in 1990.  Active in local church programs and a volunteer with the City of Rowlett Library Advisory Board and Keep Rowlett Beautiful (KRB) Board; winner of the $250,000 Governor Community Achievement Award (GCAA) for 2014.

She is an active member of the SheNOW Dallas Chapter and serves as Secretary with the SheNOW Women’s Charity.

3.8 GPA Hannibal La Grange alumni with president and deans honors.  3.7 GPA Dallas County Community College Paralegal Associate Degree with president and deans honors.  Retired from Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1995.

dr judy murray headshotDr. Judy Murray – Education Committee

With a Doctorate in Education, a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, a Masters Degree in Education, and a Masters Degree in Divinity, Dr. Murray has over 25 years of experience in education. She has taught all grade levels and all subjects in both public and private schools. She has taught as a professor several courses in Psychology and Human Relations.

Her recent accomplishment included researching, designing, and structuring a private educational clinic. The educational clinic included a five level evaluation for students and their families. The five level educational assessment included a medical, psychological, academic, nutritional, and athletic assessments for students K through 12th grade.

The student’s medical assessment included a vision, hearing, and speech evaluation, the psychological assessment screened for emotional, cognitive, and social adjustment issues, the academic assessment screened for learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism, and gifted and talented students, the nutritional assessment screened for eating habits or eating disorders that would affect a student’s learning ability, and the athletic assessment evaluated any physical and biological problems that would hinder a student’s ability to play sports in an academic setting. The purpose of administrating the various assessments allowed parents, students, and  teachers to gain a better understanding of the student in five different areas in order to enhance their overall success in a learning environment.

 

Allison WoodfordAllison Woodford – Resource Committee

Allison Woodford has 20 years of management consulting experience providing great insight to how organizations work. Her consulting career includes extensive work in change management, organizational development, information technology and business operations. She has led global teams embracing the diversity of people from over 90 countries and 17 languages. Her collaborative leadership style effectively supports her pursuit of operational excellence and innovative problem solving. She is recognized for her commitment to leader development and personal growth for teams and individuals at all organizational levels and in all career paths.

Allison is the founder of Woodford & Associates, a personal growth and leadership development company. The company’s mission is to develop leaders and environments that unleash human potential.
